A calibrated cluster based on the recent Hualien 7.4 Mw sequence on the northeastern coast of Taiwan has been uploaded to the “mloc data for GCCEL” section.

Califon, New Jersey cluster
The cluster is based on the 4.8 Mw earthquake that shook New York earlier today. The rest of the cluster consists of small events, mostly less than magnitude 3 and observed only within about 700 km.
Antofagasta cluster
I uploaded the Antofagasta cluster, named after Antofagasta, Chile. It includes the Mw 7.7 “Tocopilla” earthquake on November 14, 2007.
Updated Haiti cluster
I updated the Port au Prince cluster to include more recent events, particularly the August 14, 2021 7.4 Ms earthquake.
New and updated clusters
The Fin-Tiab cluster in southern Iran has been updated and three new clusters in the U.S. have been uploaded: Falls City, Texas, Smith’s Ferry, Idaho, and Dillon, Montana.
Updated Prague, Oklahoma cluster
In light of the recent M5.1 earthquake, I updated the Prague, Oklahoma cluster with earthquakes (mostly small) that occurred since the end of the original Prague cluster (January 2012).
Nine more clusters
Since the last post in August 2023 nine new calibrated clusters have been added: Salton Trough, California; Wuqia, China;Kardzali, Bulgaria; Ontario, California; Kara-Say, Kyrgyzstan; Bayugan, Philippines; Toyama, Japan; Salcha, Alaska; and Pasaman, Indonesia.
Ojai cluster added
Today I uploaded a calibrated cluster based on the 5.1 mw Ojai, California earthquake on August 20, 2023.
Bogota, Colombia cluster added
I uploaded a calibrated cluster for the Bogotá, Colombia region today. It includes the Mw 6.3 earthquake on August 17, 2023 and two aftershocks (magnitudes 5.7 and 5.0). It will show up in the ScienceBase dataset with a couple days and the mloc data is posted here.
New clusters in Bulgaria and Romania
Four new calibrated clusters were added to the GCCEL dataset today, two in Bulgaria (Sofia and Varna) and two in Romania (Bucharest and Orsova).
